“Nevaeh” is “heaven” spelled backwards, an appropriate name for this remarkably luxurious eight-bedroom beach house on the Island of Anguilla in the Caribbean. The owners built it as a family getaway, where they can vacation together with their children and grandchildren.

Steps away from a pristine white-sand beach on Anguilla’s exclusive Long Bay, the elegant home includes a movie theater, media room, multi-level infinity pool and spa, an oversized kitchen, a Japanese courtyard and traditional garden, a tennis/basketball court, fitness room and a golf simulator.

There are five beautiful bedrooms in the main house, including two master suites. A secluded guest pavilion holds three more. All are luxuriously appointed, but the ocean breezes add a special touch to the beach-facing suites. The exterior and interior designs by architects OBM International are superb.

Think Simple provided all of the home’s technology, starting with an extremely robust, commercial Ruckus Wi-Fi network built on a fiber-optic backbone. This rock-solid network serves as the basis for all the audio, video, security, and surveillance systems on the property, as well as Internet access.

The Think Simple team used only the finest components, including Crestron automation, Sonance speakers and an extensive Sonos audio distribution system. The sound is excellent, even in the challenging outdoor areas by the pool, where Think Simple audio engineers carefully placed components to optimize the sound quality.

The home appeals to the varied tastes of family members, a magical place to relax or to play tennis, scuba dive, run on the beach, watch movies, play video games, or even golf the world’s finest courses on the simulator.
