Ocean Club Residences and Estates

Though it’s only five miles long and a mile wide, Paradise Island is one of the most spectacular islands in the world. In 1962, it became the site of the Ocean Club, a luxurious 52-room hotel with terraced gardens, fountains, statuary and a magnificent 12th-century cloister, shipped piece-by-piece from France. The Robb Report has called the hotel, remodeled and renamed the One&Only Ocean Club in 2002, “the finest accommodations and dining in the Bahamas.”

In 1998, the Atlantis Resort opened on the island as well, with hotel accommodations, restaurants, casinos and a huge water park.

Today a spectacular development adjoining the Ocean Club offers homeowners and guests full access to both properties plus a Tom Weiskopf designed golf course and a private marina on Nassau Harbor. Its luxurious homes all overlook the beach, harbor, marina  or golf course.
